Hoke has ideal physical attributes in his height, weight and wing span. He has an understanding of using his length to nullify defenders and uses it on all levels. He has good movement and shows his awareness in his pull blocking. The hand placement is inconsistent but there are certainly flashes. He does need to be "nastier" on blocks as the finish isn't evident. He projects very well and could see Division 1 interest when he has developed. - M.Bressington
