Daniel Akinkunmi

Daniel is an extremely quick and explosive tackle/guard who affects the run game very effectively, he has the footwork to pull to the second level and neutralize linebackers as well as the strength and leverage to move inside to guard and take on the defensive tackle. He follows through until the whistle is blown and this has helped when the play is extended, giving his RB or QB the best opportunity. -MB

A division one, power five body accompanied by eyebrow-raising athleticism for his size. There will be discussions of where he will play on the offensive line, but there will not be any wrong answers. He showed the ability to play tackle and guard and looked comfortable in both positions. He has the foot agility to meet defenders with his hands before they get to him. There’s also a burst of tenacity when he’s given a run play to block for. His feet are fluid in pass protection without stagnation. Over-lunging has been a negative habit in run blocking, but that is what comes with aggressive play. - J.Perez
