Kramer is a short, wirey, jack-of-all trades running back. He has good vision and can hit the gaps with power. He has good contact balance and can take a big hit just to keep running. He is also able to get to the outside and make the first guy miss. He’s a good second and third level runner, utilizing his blocks downfield and never trying to do it himself. He has good hands out of the backfield, consistently able to catch swing-passes. He’s a natural punt/kick returner, always trying to utilize his blockers. I didn’t see if he could pass protect.
